So this is the EU edition, built the boring-clean way: official Claude Code settings only, no binary patching, hosted in Frankfurt, GDPR-clean by architecture, fully reversible. Inspired by the original. Engineered for Europe. Ordentlich.

Every billed impression comes from a GitHub-verified developer. Anonymous and bot traffic still see the line, it just bills €0.00. How the meter is wired ↓

Every billed impression is a verified developer

Serving and billing are decoupled. Any device can render the ad line, but an impression is only billed to an advertiser and credited to a dev when a signed-in, GitHub-verified developer is behind it. Anonymous and bot traffic still see the line; it just bills €0.00.

That's not a filter percentage we made up, it's how the meter is wired. A spoofed-view script that printed real money against the US predecessor replays here for €0.00. Fraud has negative ROI by construction.

Earner identity is GitHub OAuth, your GitHub vouches for you, one click, public profile data only.
One earner per machine: device id is a fingerprint, so wiping config doesn't mint a fresh earning cap.
Borderline accounts (aged-but-inactive shells) go to a manual review queue and don't earn automatically.
Per-device and per-account rate limits and daily caps; clicks billed at 50× under the same trust gate.
Campaigns have hard budget caps and auto-pause at budget, no overspend.
Payouts require earnings across ≥3 days and Stripe identity verification (ID + bank), money leaves only to a real, KYC'd person.
Every impression stores a salted IP hash + country for anomaly scoring; raw IP never stored, EU-hosted in Frankfurt.
